If you run across this error while trying to upload photos to the Boxpressd Cigar app, the quickest way to resolve the issue is to do the following:

For installed instances

1. Locate the Boxpressd app icon in your list of apps and long press on it to show the context menu

2. Select Site Settings (it's important to go to Site Settings and not the App Info screen where most permissions are managed)

3. Enable the Camera permission

When accessing Boxpressd from Android Chrome

1. Visit https://app.boxpressd.com in Chrome on your Android device

2. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner to access the main menu

3. Choose the info icon in the top right corner

4. Choose Permissions

5. Enable Camera
